Welcome

Scarlett is a jewelry line of completely handmade pieces with all Sterling Silver and 14k gold filled metals and genuine gemstones. Each stone is hand selected and combined with hand forged metal components.

Payment

Please pay through paypal. If you have any questions or special requests please contact Melanie directly.

Reserve: I am able to hold work up to 4 weeks prior to purchase as long as it is agreed upon in advance. Items valued over $100 require a small non-refundable 10% deposit. If you need more than 4 weeks to complete payment, please tell me in advance. Convo me to reserve a listing!

All reserved, layaway, and custom work is shipped after final payment is made.

Shipping

Items will ship in 1-2 business days with USPS shipping. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery if you are giving a gift, or let me know the time frame so I can send the package with a faster method.

Domestic Shipping within the US will be sent via USPS First Class mail, with a tracking number. I have found that certain packages without enough weight do not qualify to have a tracking number, but when at all possible I do ship with tracking numbers.

International Shipping will be USPS International First Class Mail, Registered Mail. The Registered Mail addition is currently an extra $11.50 on top of the normal shipping rates, but I will no longer ship internationally without this option. This change will allow me to track every step of your international shipment and although I hate to make this change, it is to protect both myself and my buyers. I will have proof if something actually "gets lost in the mail" and I will then be able to recreate your item if there is ever an issue. Thanks so much for understanding my policy change!

Shipping is only charged for one item. You can purchase as many pieces as you would like per order and you will only be charged one low shipping charge!

Return Policy

Please contact Melanie with any questions prior to purchasing to avoid returns. Due to the nature of one of a kind handmade items, refunds can only be requested within 5 days of receipt of item, if the piece is misrepresented. Shipping will not be refunded for returns.

All sale items and custom orders are final sale and refunds will not be accommodated. Layaway and deposits for an order will not be refunded if an order is canceled.
