Scarlett jewelry Wholesale Terms of Sale

Minimums and New Orders: A five piece minimum is required on all wholesale orders. First time orders must be prepaid by credit card, money order or bank check. Returned checks will be charged a $50 administration fee.

Credit Terms for Current Clients: Net 30 terms are reserved for regular accounts that currently carry our product line. Net 30 accounts must be backed with a credit card guarantee of payment. The amount due will be charged to your credit card if payment is not received in a timely manner. In the event that the account becomes uncollectable, late fees may be assessed. Accounts past 45 days will be referred to collections. All returned checks will be charged $50 and subsequent orders must be prepaid or credit card.

Cancellations: Call or email order cancellations more than 2 weeks before the scheduled ship date. All products are custom crafted for your order, so as a curteousy to the artist who is hand making your products please give us as much notice as possible. An order is not considered cancelled until you receive a confirmation from us that we have received the information.

Shipping: Orders are shipped with USPS priority mail with a tracking number. Expedited shipping may be requested at an additional cost. All shipping charges are billed to the customer.

Damages/Short or Lost Shipment: In the event of damage in transit, please call or email us immediately. A claim for damage during shipping, missing items, or lost shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective Goods will be repaired or replaced, or a full credit may be issued at our option.

Returns: Please check merchandise upon receipt. All returns must have prior authorization. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to request for exchanges, and these must be requested within 30 days of receipt of goods. Worn jewelry cannot be exchanged. Shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges are the buyers responsibilty and are not refundable.

Please be aware that each piece of Scarlett Jewelry is a limited edition handmade piece, created with an incredible amount of attention to detail and time, so we ask that exchange and return requests only be requested when it is absolutely necessary. We stand by our products and will always be able to fix or repolish a piece of our jewelry for the life of the product.
